In the spring of 2016, PSAG proudly hosted a one week residency for Illinois State University painting instructor, Arjan Zasueta. During his time at EBC High School for Public Service, Arjan painted a mural and collaborated with EBC instructional staff. Arjan led a series of interviews and panel discussions withe ELA students in conjunction with teacher Darnese Olivieri. These in-depth discussions centered around topics such as race, politics, and the role of art in the 21st century. His involvement with the students continues to inspire the students through writings and discussions long after his time with the residency.
